    The english translation of the law dated 20th December, 2002 is offered by the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry. This translation does not take into account yet the modifications to article 129 by the laws of 19th December, 2003 and 15th June, 2004.
